Your AI coding bill stops where you say it stops.
One weekly fence in dollars across every metered tool you use. You set the number. Crossing it becomes a decision you make, not a number you discover on the invoice.
20 founding seats will exist, none are on sale yet. Set up for you over email, price locked for as long as you stay. Read what exists today first.

READ THIS FIRST
SpendFence isn't finished yet. That's what the founding seat is.
Being straight with you, because you'd find out in a week anyway. I'm building this now. Founding seats fund the build and decide the order it gets built in: you pick which provider gets connected first, and I set you up personally the day yours lands.
When founding opens, you're charged from day one and it renews monthly, so the accountability runs both ways. If it isn't moving fast enough, cancel in one click or take the 14 day refund, no questions and no conversation required.
If you'd rather buy a finished product than fund an unfinished one, take the $12 waitlist instead. It's cheaper, it's the sensible choice, and I'd genuinely rather you did that than felt misled.
How the fence works
- Connect your providersUsage and spend cap access to Cursor, Anthropic and OpenAI. SpendFence never sees your code or prompts, only the spend numbers.
- Set one weekly numberThe most you're willing to spend across everything, total. Not per tool, not per token tier. One number you actually think in.
- Hard stop, soft landingApproaching the fence, you get warned. At the fence, spend caps get set through each provider's own native controls, so the stop is theirs and the coordination is ours, and the digest tells you exactly what hit the wall.
WEEK FENCE $40.00 · spent $23.71 · $16.29 room yesterday $6.44 claude code $4.10 cursor $2.34 openai api $0.00 pace check on track last week 6 charges held at the fence you kept $69.45
One line before coffee
Every morning: yesterday's spend by tool, distance to the fence, and whether the week's pace is fine or drifting. Thirty seconds of reading replaces the end-of-month reveal.
Most surprise bills aren't one big spike, they're twenty quiet days. The digest catches the drift in week one instead of on the invoice.

Why this exists
I run ecommerce stores and build with AI coding agents daily. The month an agent loop quietly turned a "$20 plan" into a three figure bill, I went looking for one place to cap everything and found per-tool dials scattered across three dashboards, in three different units, none of them talking to each other.
So I'm building the fence I wanted: one number, enforcement through the controls the providers already give you, and honest morning reporting. Founding members get it built around their real setups, over email with me, no calls, no meetings.

Fair questions
Does this actually work yet?
Not fully, and I'd rather say so here than in your inbox next week. Founding seats fund the build and set the order providers get connected in. When founding opens, you're charged from day one, can cancel in one click, and the first 14 days are refundable with no questions.
If that isn't a trade you want to make, the $12 waitlist exists for exactly this reason.
Don't the providers have their own spend limits?
Some do, each in a different place, in different units, per provider. SpendFence is the one number across all of them, plus the daily digest none of them send. If you only use one tool and its native cap fits you, use that, honestly.
What can SpendFence see?
Usage figures, billing figures and your spend cap settings, nothing else. Never code, prompts, or completions.
What happens the moment I hit the fence?
Enforcement uses each provider's own limit controls, so the stop is theirs and the coordination is ours. That also means what a stop looks like depends on the provider, and where one gives us no control we'll tell you rather than pretend otherwise.
You can raise the fence any time in one click. It's your money. The point is that raising it is a decision, not a surprise.
Why pay $29 now for something releasing at $12?
Because they aren't the same thing. $29 buys a build being shaped around your setup, a direct line to me, and a price that doesn't move. $12 buys the finished product, self-serve, later. If the second one is what you want, take the waitlist.
What if it turns out I don't overspend?
Then cancel, and you'll know from the digest within a fortnight rather than guessing. A tool that costs more than it holds back isn't worth keeping, and the numbers in your own inbox will make that obvious either way.
Terms, plainly
Billing and cancellation
When paid seats open, SpendFence is a monthly subscription billed by VOQ Pty Ltd through Stripe, renewing each month until you cancel. Cancel any time via the Stripe customer portal link in every receipt, or by replying to any email from us; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid month and takes no more steps than signing up did.
Refunds
First 14 days, full refund, no questions. After that, Australian Consumer Law guarantees apply and are not excluded by anything here: if the service is faulty or not as described, you are entitled to the remedies the law provides.
Service scope and current stage
SpendFence is in active development and nothing is sold while that is the case. When founding seats open they fund the build; provider connections are added over time and are set up with you as they land. Nothing on this page should be read as a promise that every provider is connected today.
SpendFence coordinates spend limits through each provider's own controls using the usage and limit access you grant. Providers can change their systems; if a change breaks enforcement for your setup, we tell you the same day and you can cancel or claim the current month back.
Privacy, plainly
What we collect
At this waitlist stage: your email address, and only if you send it to us. When the paid service opens: spend and usage figures from providers you connect (never code, prompts or completions), and payment details handled entirely by Stripe, we never see card numbers. This page currently runs no analytics and no ad measurement pixels; if that changes, this section changes first.
What we do with it
Run the service, send the digest, and email you about SpendFence. Nothing is sold or shared beyond the processors that make the service run (Stripe for payments, our email and hosting providers). Every email has one-click unsubscribe, and asking to be deleted gets your data deleted.
